[ Case Study for a Healthcare Practice - Developmental Discovery Center ]
An Arizona Physician was in need of increasing awareness for Learning and Behavioral Disorders as well as increasing revenue for the practice.
I created a new branding and marketing approach by surveying parents and teachers to identify the true experience of dealing with the challenge of a child with a learning disability.
This valuable information collected assisted in the creation of workflows and processes to address the needs discovered. Resulting in a new visual brand and advertising campaign, an informative custom website, a custom online diagnostic tool, and used smart internet marketing to find the people who were looking for help.
The staff was also trained and given tools to answer each incoming inquiry with a process designed to best prepare the parents and children to receive help and get results.
